Trauma recovery counselling

HSTAR provides a healing environment for women in Scotland aged 16 rebuilding their lives after trauma/abuse.

We offer free, non-judgmental therapies, advocacy support and befriending available to women in Scotland who've experienced distress and isolation caused by trauma and/or abuse regardless of age, social class, sexual orientation, education, or cultural, or religious background.

We believe in empowering women by respecting and appreciating what makes them different, in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, thought and national origin. We're having this unique ability to offer prompt and accessible mental health well-being, and social, emotional and financial support.
